A little more about how it all works.
It’s a desktop interview-coaching companion. The current desktop app detects questions from the interviewer’s audio, generates suggestions using your chosen AI provider, and displays them in a floating popup. It also supports résumé context, text and microphone practice, feedback, optional history, and export.
No. Sign in with the login your administrator gives you. They assign separate provider keys to your account, add credits manually, and manage allowed models. Your Account screen shows your balance and usage. Each request checks current access on the server.
The app listens to the computer’s audio output, rather than joining your meeting or installing a meeting extension. It is designed for calls playing on the same computer. Actual audio, permissions, and behavior depend on your OS and devices; test your source before a call. Real calls in each meeting service have not been verified here.
The popup is a separate desktop window. Sharing a browser tab excludes outside desktop windows. Entire-display sharing is different: the app requests native capture protection, but exclusion is not guaranteed, especially with Mac ScreenCaptureKit-based sharing. Verify what another participant sees. It is not advertised as universally invisible.
The current release is Lucidflow v1.7.1. The Mac build is for Apple Silicon, and computer-audio capture requires macOS 14.2 or later and recording permission. The Windows build is x64. Both are unsigned; the Mac app is not notarized. The Mac package has automated workflow coverage; Windows installation and physical audio still require real-device verification.
The app does not save raw call audio. If session saving is enabled, transcripts and answers are stored locally under the signed-in account. Résumé and job context are kept in account-specific local preferences. The login session uses OS-backed encrypted storage. Provider keys are encrypted in the cloud; administrators can see usage metadata and credit changes. Provider processing policies apply.
Use live assistance only where it is permitted. Lucidflow is also useful for mock interviews, rehearsal, language practice, and preparing better examples. Review suggestions and speak from your own knowledge and experience.
